Introducing Ted Kuepper of Global Water

Special Features for this Solution:
Final Report, Pictures of Facilities

Global Water is made up of a group of volunteers with varied educational backgrounds including engineering, environmental science, geology, and business who have one thing in common: We are all passionate about helping people. Our group of volunteers are specifically focused on helping rural populations in developing countries because rural populations are typically some of the poorest of the poor in this world. They are the innocent children and desperate families living in poverty stricken towns and villages too numerous to count in rural areas of developing countries around the world. Clean water and latrines gives people the opportunity and the dignity to lead healthy lives, pursue education, and fulfill their lives to the fullest.

What you can experience through this

Global water provides detailed descriptions of our projects, so you know exactly what we are doing and how we are doing it. You will receive pictures of completed facilities, that may include: distributing water from springs, constructing rain harvesting supply systems, latrines, school hand-washing stations, community laundry-washing and bathing facilities, reforestation, drilling wells and providing health & hygiene education. In addition, Global Water is developing a “Technology-Push" program to bring innovative water treatment equipment to rural areas of developing countries. In addition to fundraising, you can also spread awareness of water problems in developing countries. On our website, we have provided a power point presentation, brochure and poster that one could use to introduce Global Water and our water projects to their family and friends. By spreading awareness, you are actually giving a voice to rural villagers in developing countries by telling others of the struggles that they... moreGlobal water provides detailed descriptions of our projects, so you know exactly what we are doing and how we are doing it. By spreading awareness, you are actually giving a voice to rural villagers in developing countries by telling others of the struggles that they face in obtaining the most basic necessity, water. It is very empowering to know that one person can make a difference and have an immediate life-changing impact on another person's life across the world by bringing them a clean source of water.
