Project Description

McKinney High School French Club in McKinney, Texas is working with Random Kid in order to raise funds to help build the Jacmel Children's Center in Haiti. Currently, a local Haitian woman named Bonite Affriany feeds 275 children one square meal per day, as well as educating them and providing them love; however, at the end of each day, she must send them back to their tents or to the streets because she has no place for them to stay. Bonite owns a large piece of property near where she cares for the children. She would like to build a community center on that land.
