Safe Haven Homes for Abused Children in GHANA

A non-governmental organization (NGO) here in GHANA. In the facility we have 147 children. The facility has eight dormitory rooms to house the 147 children. There are 40 staff to care for them 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Most of the children enter the Orphanage because their parents either live on the street or are deceased. The children mostly come from Ghana, with a few being from Liberia. They come from all types of backgrounds and religions but we all live together as one family. If it weren't for our facility, these children would have nothing.... no education, no roof over their heads, no food in their bellies. They would be forced to sell things in the market to bring in extra money for food and rent. Many of these children in our facility have been sexually abused, starved, some even left for dead. Some of the children have physical disabilities and have been deemed "unlovable" by their own parents. Currently we are in need of funds for foundation due to the fact that the only facility we have right now is definitely in a very bad condition. We need medication, food, clothing and recreational activities for rehabilitative purposes to boost the orphans mental abilities. However, the worse thing that we are going through now is, the fact that we are being kicked out of the facility by the Government because the roof of the building is leaking and they want us to show proof of adequate funds, which is $30,500 Dollar USD to build a newer one. On behalf of me, staffs and the orphans here in Luist Great Love Orphanage, we ask that you kindly come to our aid, because your help can make a significant contribution to the life of the children and the operation of the Orphanage. Please pray for Luist Great Love Orphanage Home as we look forward to hearing from you. We are excited to see how God will provide for the children of the Luist Great Love Orphanage. We the Great Love Orphanage are so happy and grateful for your assistant and donations you are about to take towards helping the needy. We pray that God almighty will bless you with whatever heart desired you wish from him. Thank you so much, Right now our website is unavailable due to the insufficient funds to pay for subscription and we are sorry that you can't make the donations through our website. You can make a wire transfer to us via MoneyGram or Western Union Money Transfer (WUMT) with the details below; Name: LUIST TERRY Address: 318 Teshie Nungua Road, Accra, Ghana. Country: Ghana Text Question: Who blesses? Text Answer: Jesus bless. Send me the following details after you have made the wire transfer; Amount: Sender's name: Country and State of Sender: Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN): Text Question: Text Answer: I did not change any part of the request. I am just trying to connect the right people with the right project to help keep these children safe. Thank for your advance giving. Velma White more

Youth Inspire

Finding motivation is tough. For teens all around the globe stricken with cancer, it seems as if a long and arduous path to recovery lies ahead. However, we’re here to change that. If you’re a teen who has been diagnosed with cancer, know that you are certainly not alone. At Youth Inspire, we’ve created a vision for the connection and motivation of our youth. With a global movement of peer-to-peer support and love, teen cancer patients can receive the necessary stimulus to continue the fight, and grace the path to recovery. What better way to inspire youth than through motivation by fellow peers? Ones who are not only caring – but truly understand the difficult situations teens are placed in everyday. Established originally as a local organization, Youth Inspire has rapidly increased to a large network with a global impact. Our premier program, “Teens Helping Teens”, has evolved into a growing movement of support and encouragement. Through contact with charitable organizations, the “Teens Helping Teens” program involves youth all around the world being photographed with our signature Youth Inspire sign. In return for each photograph taken, multiple organizations donate $1 to help teens deal with cancer, along with cancer research in general. Overall, Youth Inspire is more than a charity, or a non-profit. Youth Inspire is a network. One of communication, love, help, and support. By uniting the youth of the globe, we can work to create a better future for each individual. more
